Aggies CAN 2025: 25 Years of Giving Back to the Brazos Valley
For 25 years, Aggies CAN has brought together the power of Aggie spirit and student-athlete leadership to fight hunger right here in our community. What began in 2000 with a handful of Texas A&M student-athletes collecting cans at one football game has grown into one of the largest student-athlete–run canned food drives in the nation — all to support the Brazos Valley Food Bank (BVFB) and The 12th Can.
This incredible annual tradition is organized by the Texas A&M Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), and every year, thousands of Aggies come together to make a difference for their neighbors in need.
