SNAP Income Guidelines

Eligibility - To qualify for food stamps, you must meet gross income limits and resource limits.

Gross income is any income you receive (both from employment and other sources such as child support, or income from rental properties and other income).

Resources are things like bank accounts. To qualify for food stamps, your household may have up to $2,000 in resources. If your household has a person who is 60 or older or who is disabled, you may have up to $3000 in resources. Your home does not count as a resource.
