How Can Individuals Donate Food to the Brazos Valley Food Bank? Brazos Valley Food Bank is always in need of food donations.  Only ten percent (10%) of food donated comes from individuals or food drives.  Due to safety regulations, the Brazos Valley Food Bank is unable to accept homemade food, refrigerated or frozen items from individuals.

Monday-Friday
8:30 am -12:00 pm and 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm

All food donations are tax-deductible, and donors will receive a receipt at the time of donation from the Brazos Valley Food Bank. If a tax deductible receipt is not necessary, shelf-stable food donations are accepted at local grocery stores that participate in the Red Barrel Program
